As of last week (can you tell I’m getting behind) I am finally legally allowed to purchase all of the above. I have also been given the privilege to vote, enlist in the army, and hold those cute little dogs in pet stores at the mall (I bet you didn’t know you had to be 18 to do that). That’s right, Cinco de Mayo was my 18th birthday and I finally had enough time to blog about it.
Birthdays are already getting kinda boring and I didn’t do much on my birthday. I got up the same time I always do, went to school, ran at my track meet, and did all the things I normally do on a daily basis. I didn’t even remember that it was my birthday until just before I left for school when my dad reminded me. There was no cake, no presents, no hanging out with friends, and it didn’t even matter. I had a lot of fun on the Seis de Mayo with my friends but it was definitely a lot different from how birthdays used to be. Ahh the good ol’ days.
hey matt, happy bday. mine was may 7th. Taurus’ rule

Happy birthday!
Birthdays only get boring if you let them. I say next year you do something ridiculously amazing with some friends, maybe some fam. Maybe not “pin the tail on the donkey” (though that game will never cease to be amazing), but perhaps wreaking havoc in arizona!
In any case, way to be 18.

Sean: It’s a 5 star day for Taurus’! Well depending on who you ask.
Elyse: I wreak havoc every weekend so it just isn’t as fun anymore. Maybe I’ll start playing pin the tail on the donkey to liven up my weekends.

Happy birthday, Matt! Congrats on turning 18!
I had no idea you had to be 18 to hold pets at the pet store. Now that’s a bit weird….

:-O No presents?! No cake?! Being 18 is supposed to be a huge deal! But I know what you mean. It’s my birthday next week, and I’m not doing anything apart from going to see Dylan Moran at the theatre.
Anyway, yes, Taurus’ DO rle. Definitely!! There really is no debating it.
