It’s amazing what a deadline can do to your productivity. In a few short months it’s all over. Procrastinating is no longer an option and so lately… I’ve been busy.
Tomorrow Random Shapes is opening up its forum to everyone and you’re expected invited to join. Also this weekend I’m redesigning my other site and I’ll be working on the new design for this one. I have a good idea of how I want it to look I just hope I can do it. Later this month I’ll be launching another site I’m working on for a client and with any luck I’ll be releasing this design as a wordpress theme shortly after, just because. At my actual job I’m having a good time. We redesigned and launched the main Global Alerts site recently and I can’t wait …
Each year around this time we hear a lot about goals and New Year’s resolutions. We reflect on the things we accomplished in the past year and even more on the things we didn’t. We set new goals and start the year motivated.
Last year was all about getting things started. I started a blog network, I started a business, I started really learning about the web, I started a full-time job, and in 2007 I want to build on everything I’ve started. This year will be all about growth.
I only have 3 goals for 2007.
2006 felt like one big blur. A whole lot happened in too short a time. In 2007 I want to keep up the pace but stay focused at the same time.
Thanks for sticking around this year …
It’s another meme, I got tagged, so here it goes…
So there it is, another meme, but I’m not passing this one on to anybody.
And merry Christmas!
I’m fueled by motivation, like everyone, but just like cars or planes, I need enough fuel to get moving and off the ground.
I just finished my first semester of college, and to use my plane analogy, I went down in a ball of flames.
I got dropped from one of my classes early in the year and my grades are gonna be terrible. But for the first time since elementary school, I just don’t care. So for now, I’m not going to school. I don’t think I’ll ever go back but ya never know. Maybe I just need more fuel.
A good guy I know challenged me to write 200 things I’m thankful for before Thanksgiving. I like a challenge so here’s the list. It’s amazing to think of all the things we take for granted everyday that some people only dream of. What are you thankful for? Can you come up with 200?
